Abstract: PURPOSE: A front door structure of a building with a ventilation function is provided to enable sufficient air circulation since a ventilation unit, by which ventilation is possible even if a front door is not open, is installed on the front door. CONSTITUTION: A front door structure of a building with a ventilation function comprises a housing, a semicircle shaped pipe, a semicircle shape rod, a motor, a control panel(50) and a saw-tooth. The housing is fixed between the indoor plate and the outdoor plate of a door(1) to be located in an ventilation hole(2). A plurality of semicircular pipes are fixed on a main housing at given intervals in the same direction to form the semicircle shape pipe. The body of the semicircle shaped rod rotates and opens/closes a ventilation unit. The motor is installed on one side of a saw-tooth housing, which is protruded onto the side of the main housing, and a driving saw-tooth is formed on the rotary shaft. An operating panel, in which a power supply unit is installed, is electrically connected to the motor and controls the operation of the motor by a switch. The connecting saw-tooth transfers the torque to each saw-tooth according to the rotation of the driving saw-tooth.

Abstract: An interconnection work is absolutely necessary for power supply, when a monorail and a hoist are used as power sources to directly control and hoist a commercial stop log. However, it is disadvantageous and irrational to perform the interconnection work for power supply and install expensive monorail and the hoist to use the stop log, which is occasionally and temporarily operated for maintenance and repair, considering the increased construction costs, construction period, and safety problems. On the contrary, the present invention enables an operator to easily control, hoist, and move the stop log by comprising a manual handle; a plurality of sprockets; and a chain, wherein a manual handle generates rotatory power to rotate the sprockets, the sprockets are interlocked with the chain to directly control and hoist the stop log by vertically moving the stop log. The manual hoist for the stop log has economic feasibility and safety by making it unnecessary to perform the separate interconnection work for power supply and to use expensive equipment such as the monorail or the hoist, since a plurality of casters are provided on the lower end of a frame assembly which is a transferring means guiding a gap of a guiding body to be assembled to the stop log and automatically attaching or detaching a hook to or from a handle part, and the operator can move to transfer the stop log to a destination point when the manual hoist for the stop log being used is vertically moved.
