Abstract:
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Umlenkrolleneinrichtung (1) zur Befestigung einer Umlenkrolle (2) für ein Seil (10) zum Antrieb einer Kraftfahrzeugscheibe (3), wobei die Umlenkrollen drehbar an einer Fensterheberschiene (4) zur Führung der Scheibe angebracht ist. Die Fensterheberschiene (4) weist eine Ausformung zur Lagerung der Umlenkrolle auf.

Vorrichtung zum Einstellen einer von einem doppelsträngigen Seilfensterheber bewegten Fensterscheibe eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit zwei entlang der Verstellrichtung der Fensterscheibe angeordneten relativ zur Fahrtrichtung des Kraftfahrzeuges vorderen und hinteren Seilumlenkeinrichtungen (31, 41, 32, 42), einem von einer Antriebseinheit (10) antreibbaren Seil (2), das sich zwischen den Seilumlenkeinrichtungen (31, 41, 32, 42) entlang der Verstellrichtung der Fensterscheibe in zwei sich kreuzenden Bowdensträngen (26, 27) erstreckt, die zumindest abschnittsweise in Bowdenhüllen (81-84) angeordnet sind und deren Länge gegenläufig zueinander durch eine Justiereinrichtung (60, 61) zum Verändern der Länge der Bowdenhüllen (81-84) veränderbar ist, die im Kreuzungsbereich (20) der sich kreuzenden Bowdenstränge (26, 27) angeordnet ist und die Länge der Bowdenhülle (85, 86) im antriebsseitigen Bowdenstrang (27) entgegengesetzt zur Länge der Bowdenhülle (83, 84) im nichtantriebsseitigen Bowdenstrang (26) verändert.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator which enables thinning (downsizing) of a resin panel to a minimum while preventing compressive force from acting on the resin panel.SOLUTION: Between fitting recessed parts 20b, 20c respectively corresponding to casings 32 of a pair of pulley assemblies (a pair of wire guide member assemblies) 30b, 30c, a displacement regulation part (a displacement regulation wall 323 and an internal surface 22) for regulating relative displacement of the casing 32 to a distal side with respect to a resin panel 10 of the casing 32 is formed only on the distal side, which corresponds to a wire winding region of a pulley body (guide member body) 31, where the distal side is distant from a motor assembly 17 of each of the fitting recessed parts 20b, 20c and a proximal side is close to the motor assembly 17.

A window lift assembly for a motor vehicle, with a component on which a bearing site is provided for a redirecting element, in particular for a cable pulley or a deflecting piece, is provided. The redirecting element is arranged beside the component at the bearing site along a connecting axis pointing from the redirecting element to the component and the redirecting element redirects a driving force for adjusting a window pane of the motor vehicle. The redirecting element is mounted on the component along the connecting axis and the connecting axis forms a physical axis for mounting the redirecting element. The bearing site supports the redirecting element on an outer surface rimming the redirecting element at least in a direction vertical to the connecting axis, and for supporting the redirecting element the bearing site includes at least one portion protruding from the component.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device which can improve a degree of freedom in mounting a connecting tool to a pulley case without complicating a structure of a shaping mold. SOLUTION: The pulley case 40 is provided with a connecting tool mounting portion 46a into which the connecting tool 28 guiding going in and out of a cable from the pulley case 40 is inserted from the axial direction of a pulley shaft 50, and a case cover 80 is provided with a cover portion 82b covering an opening side of the connecting tool mounting portion 46a. A slide mold shaping a support hole 43b can shape the connecting tool mounting portion 46a at the same time. Only a mounting portion shaping projection for shaping the connecting tool mounting portion 46a is added without increasing the number of the slide molds, thereby enabling suppressing the complication of a structure of each shaping mold. A tilt angle and the like of the mounting portion shaping projection for shaping the connecting tool mounting portion 46a are arbitrarily set, which improves a degree of freedom in mounting the connecting tool 28 to the pulley case 40.
