본 발명은 미닫이 도어의 수평한 개폐를 경량의 하중에 의해 동작시킴으로써, 공사비, 보수점검비 등이 저렴한 미닫이 도어의 개폐장치를 제공하는 것이다. 미닫이 도어(12)의 앞뒤 위치의 바닥면에 설치된 밟기판(21)의 침하량(沈下量)을, 지렛대(31)를 통해 소정의 변위로 변환하여 전달하는 전달기구를 설치하였다. 전달기구 및 조정 웨이트(W)의 자중에 따른 침하에 의해, 상기 지렛대(31)를 통해 상기 밟기판(21)의 부상(浮上)상태를 유지하도록 중량 밸런스가 설정되어 있다. 상기 길이가 긴 전달재(32)의 상하동작에 따라, 도어 개방 레일(41)에 구동 회전체(42)를 프레스하였을 때의 분력으로, 미닫이 도어(12)의 수평한 개폐를 경량의 하중에 의해 동작시킨다.

The method of door control without, hand contact, wherein, when the door leaf (1) is in its stationary closed position, all the energy necessary for automatic opening and subsequent closing the door leaf (1), initiated by an actuating force (39), preferably realized by means of a foot lever (34), is accumulated in an opening and closing mechanism (I) during the actuating action of the controlling mechanism (II). During the automatic opening, the only acting force is the tension of the opening member (14), and during the subsequent automatic closing, the only acting force is the tension of the closing member (17). By means of the bimodal opening and closing mechanism (I), the tensions of these two members act separately, not against each other.

A barrier operating system having a diagnostic performance feature includes a motorized barrier movable between limit positions and a counterbalance system coupled to the barrier. A disconnect mechanism may be interposed between the motor and the counterbalance system so that the barrier can be moved manually without assistance from the motor. A position detection device is coupled to either the barrier or the counterbalance system and generates a barrier position signal. One of the motor and the position detection device generates operational parameter values for the barrier moving in either direction. A controller receives the operational parameter values and the barrier position signal, and as the barrier is manually moved, the controller compares operational parameter values for each direction of movement at a given position and generates a diagnostic signal based upon the comparison.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Antriebsvorrichtung für ein Schiebetor (1), welche eine mit einer stationär gelagerten Antriebseinheit (3) umfassend einen Motor (8) und ein Zahnrad (7) sowie eine in einer Sollposition am Schiebetor (1) fixierte Zahnstange (6) aufweist. Zur Betätigung des Schiebetors (1) ist das Zahnrad (7) in einer Arbeitsposition gelagert, in welcher das Zahnrad (7) in Eingriff mit der Zahnstange (6) steht. Zur Montage der Zahnstange (6) am Schiebetor (1) ist das Zahnrad (7) in eine unterhalb der Arbeitsposition liegende Justageposition einbringbar. In der Justageposition sitzt ein Abstandshalter zumindest auf einem Teilbereich der Zähne des Zahnrads (7) auf, wobei die Außenseite des Abstandshalters eine Gleitfläche für die Zahnstange (6) bildet und einen Abstand zum Zentrum des Zahnrads (7) aufweist, der an die Lagedifferenz des Zahnrads (7) in der Arbeitsposition und in der Justageposition angepasst ist. Zur Einstellung der Sollposition der Zahnstange (6) liegt diese auf der Gleitfläche des Abstandshalters auf.
