본발명은배수성아스팔트혼합물을사용한표층시공및 포장과관련된전반적인문제점을해결하기위한것으로, 배수성포장시공후 물이나수분의침투로인한파손또는동상에의해파손이발생되는하부도로의여러가지문제점을해결할수 있으며, 기존중간층포장후 표층을시공하는시공절차에따른작업성및 개방시간지연등의문제점을간편하게배수성표층의시공한번으로해결할수 있다. 또한, 배수성능과저소음기능등은기존의도로포장방법으로시공된경우와동일또는더욱우수하게유지하면서도동시에우수한방수성능까지겸비한중간층형태의불투수성중간층을기층과표층사이에효과적으로형성할수 있는포장공법을제공한다.

PURPOSE: A repairing method for a small-scale decrepit road surface using a universal urethane asphalt binder is provided to allow unskilled people to easily and conveniently repair cracked parts or damaged parts in a small-scale apartment complex or a golf course. CONSTITUTION: A repairing method for a small-scale decrepit road surface using a universal urethane asphalt binder comprises as follows. A two-way gun is used as a portable repairing device to grasp a damaged shape or a damaged depth of the decrepit road and to remove foreign substances on a damaged part. An equivalent ratio or a volumetric ratio of main materials and hardening agents of the universal urethane asphalt binder by controlling the size of cartridges. The universal urethane asphalt binder in which the hardening agents and the main materials are mixed is installed on the damaged part of the preprocessed decrepit road surface. PURPOSE: A plant-mix type drainage additive is provided to have physical properties satisfying PG grade, to have excellent qualities in bleeding phenomenon in high temperatures, tensile strength, and to improve strength and flexibility in low temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A plant-mix type drainage additive comprises asphalt, process oil, and modifier, and additionally comprises thermal stabilizer, a crosslinking promoting antioxidant, and a water resistant adhesion enhancer. The drainage additive is manufactured by melt-uniform dispersion of 25-40 weight% of the asphalt, 20-40 weight% of the process oil, 20-35 weight% of the modifier, 5-15 weight% of the thermal stabilizer, 0.1-1.0 weight% of the crosslinking promoting antioxidant, and 0.1-0.7 weight% of water resistant adhesion enhancer at 140-200 °C. The crosslinking promoting antioxidant is condensed of oxide of inorganic acid or organic acid. The water resistant adhesion enhancer is one selected from a group consisting of R-TES(triethoxysilane), R-TMS(trimethoxysilane), R-DMS(dimethoxysilane), R-DES(diethoxysilane), and mixtures thereof. PURPOSE: An aged road surface repairing method using a general-purpose urethane asphalt binder is provided to reduce unnecessary workforce and actual loss, to improve the versatile application of paving materials, and to extend the service life of a road. CONSTITUTION: A general-purpose urethane asphalt binder includes a hardening agent which is composed of polyol, an amine-based curing agent, a compatibilizer, an antifoaming agent, an interlayer adhesion enhancer, a catalyst, and a process oil; and a main agent which includes asphalt, a process oil, and a pre-polymer. The general-purpose urethane asphalt binder or the mixture of the general-purpose urethane asphalt binder and an aggregate is placed on a damaged area on the aged pre-processed road surface. At least one among an automated crack sealing apparatus or a spray apparatus, an aggregate spreader, and an aggregate mixer is used in the placing step.

PURPOSE: An ultra-rapid drying asphalt urethane mixture for worn out roan repairing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance strength, elasticity, adhesion performance, and water proofing property. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-rapid drying asphalt urethane mixture for worn out roan repairing comprises 90-95 wt% of aggregate for slurry seal and 5-10 wt% of 2 liquid type asphalt-urethane binder. The 2 liquid type asphalt-urethane binder is composed of a hardener part and a main material part. The hardener part includes 60-75 wt% of polyol, 10-25 wt% of amine-based curing agent, 0.5-2 wt% of compatibilizing agents, 0.5-2 wt% of anti-foaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt% of interlayer adhesion enhancer, 3-4.5 wt% catalyst, and 5-15 wt% of process oil. The main material part includes 20-50 wt% of asphalt, 15-30 wt% of process oil, 30-65 wt% of pre-polymer. The hardener part and the main material part of the 2 liquid type asphalt-urethane binder are mixed at the weight ratio of 1.5-3:1.

PURPOSE: A plant mix-type porous modified mixture and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent weakening of asphalt, exfoliation, and separation and improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A plant mix-type porous modified mixture comprises 94.5-96.0 weight% of aggregate for asphalt mixture and 4.0-5.5 weight% of modified asphalt. The modified asphalt includes 10-20 weight% of plant mixed type drainage modified additive. The plant mix type drainage modified additive comprises 25-40 weight% of asphalt, 20-40 weight% of process oil, 20-35 weight% of modifier, 5-15 weight% of thermal stabilizer, 0.1-1.0 weight% of promotion antioxidant, and 0.1-0.7 weight% of water resistance adhesion promoter. A manufacturing method of the plant mixed type drainage modified mixture comprises next steps: drying and heating asphalt mixture at 150-170 deg. Celsius; mixing silicon dioxide powder with filler for 5-15 seconds; dispersing plant mixed type drainage modified additives which is fused and uniformly dispersed at 140-200 deg. Celsius into the asphalt mixture which is heated at 130-160 deg. Celsius.

CONSTITUTION: A waterproof sheet having a thin film waterproof layer comprises a releasing paper coated by the thin film waterproof layer consisting of process oil, a modifier, an adhesion reinforcing agent, a durability reinforcing agent and compatibilizing agent. The modifier is rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer or mixture thereof. The adhesion reinforcing agent is one or more kinds selected from a petroleum resin, a natural resin, a coumarone resin, and polybutene. On the thin film waterproof layer, a polymer modified asphalt layer, center reinforcing material, a polymer modified asphalt layer, and finishing material in order.

CONSTITUTION: A high viscosity asphalt mastic waterproofing membrane material comprises 1~5 weight% of an amphiphilic adhesion promoter based on 100 weight% of the waterproofing membrane material. The high viscosity asphalt mastic waterproofing membrane material comprises, based on 100 weight% of the waterproofing membrane material, 10~40 weight% of process oil, 1~10 weight% of asphalt modifier, 1~5 weight% of strength reinforcement, 1~10 weight % of heat resistant reinforcing agent, 2~20 weight% of adhesive strength reinforcing agent, 10~30 weight% of asphalt, 10~20 weight% of inorganic filler for controlling viscosity, 10~20 weight% of flow prevention additive, 1~10 weight% of waste tire, and 0.3~5 weight% of aqueous modifier.
