If the voltage of the collector power supply terminal approaches the voltage of the cathode power supply terminal to become lower than the voltage of the divided point, this unidirectional conducting means conducts to clamp the voltage of the collector power supply terminal to the voltage almost equal to the voltage of the divided point. Since the voltage impressed on the both ends of the unidirectional conducting means is low, it is not necessary to connect many parts in series for securing breakdown of voltage, and it is possible to miniaturize the circuit.
