Abstract:
A method for preparing a water-soluble, low fuming, and non-flammable liquid, which comprises providing an electric bed plate and, located thereon, a water tank containing a soft water, loading a (-) electric current of 5,000 V or more to said electric bed plate, to thereby allow the soft water to become charged and to undergo hydration by energy differences between various spins and prepare a minus ion water by the resultant clusters of molecules, heating the minus ion water to 30 to 60°C, to form an ion basic warm water, and adding 12 to 25 parts by wt of ammonium dihydrogenphosphate "NH4H2PO4", 7.5 to 13 parts by wt of sodium tetraborate "Na2B4O7 . 10H2O" and 0.5 to 2 parts by wt of a silicone "heat resistance/lubrication" to 60 to 80 parts by wt of the warm water, followed by agitation. The water-soluble non-flammable liquid can be suitably used for producing a non-flammable building material, improving the strength or the thermal insulation property of a building material, and the like.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that in the improvement of species of plants, there is a limit for increasing the yield by treating the seeds of a plant of Gramineae, such as seeds of paddy rice, corn seeds, etc., by a genetic engineering technology and also there are issues in safety in the method of the genetic engineering. SOLUTION: It is possible to increase the yield of the plant of Gramineae by 20% by performing the physical treatments such as a process of immersing the seeds of the plant in an ionic water, a process of magnetic field treatment, a process of an electric field treatment, a process of regimen treatment, a process of drying treatment, etc. Further, by performing such the treatments, nitrogenous fertilizer becomes unnecessary, since the plants incorporate nitrogen in air through rhizobium since the treatments enable a symbiotic combination with bacteria and the rhizobium. Also, it is possible to produce a physically treated seedlings having high safety by breeding and growing the seedlings while impressing far infrared electromagnetic wave heat or a high electric voltage on the improved seeds. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a change in an illumination factor of a light emitting lamp even when an LED terminal is inserted to a central portion of a plug and fit type light-emitting device for an LED in a concentrated manner, to prevent the LED terminal from being dropped even when strong vibration is caused, and to deal with a temperature change. SOLUTION: As a solution for eliminating a change in the illumination factor of a light emitting lamp even when the LED terminal is inserted at any position of the plug and fit light-emitting device for the LED, by making a surface electrode configuration a surface-uniform electric resistor with a cotton woven fabric in which carbon paint is impregnated and dried or with metallic foil and further by providing the surface electrode with a horizontal electrode line and a vertical electrode line, resistance becomes extremely low so that illumination effect is significantly improved. Furthermore, even when the tip end of an electrode terminal is inserted into a composite body of the cotton woven fabric and carbon coating film, it is hardly dropped and there is no problem even at high temperature of 60°C. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-combustible liquid comprising a non-halogen-based or organic nitrogen-based liquid, together having flame-proofing properties, mildew-proofing properties, and water repellency at the same time, and further having washing resistance, by applying a water-repellent silicone thereto, for the purpose of preventing decrease in strength of a resin film and giving flexibility thereto. SOLUTION: This water-soluble non-combustible liquid is different from conventional flame-proofing liquids, because wood into which the non-combustible liquid is injected under pressure and which is dried thereafter is only carbonized, without spreading fire, even when the wood is exposed to a high temperature of 1,500°C for a time of ≥30 min. Therefore, the non-combustible liquid is used in impregnating treatment of a flame-retardant polyester fiber or a cellulosic combined fabric in such a manner that the liquid is diluted with the water-repellent silicone into a concentration of about a half thereof, then a washing resistance agent and a bactericidal agent are mixed thereinto to form a finishing agent, and further the fiber or the cloth is impregnated with the finishing agent.
