    Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection mold for intake hose and an intake hose manufacturing method using the same are provided to improve work efficiency by automatically separating a main core from an intake hose part. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold for intake hose comprises a main core(150). The main core is composed of a first core(151), a second core(155), and an air supply means(170). A bellows part(153) is formed in one side of the outer circumference of the first core. One end of the first core is vertically moved on upper one side of a lower die using a mobile tool. The second core is mounted on lower one end of the upper die according to the first core in order to be connected with the first core. The outer circumference of the second core is wrapped with a sliding core(130). The air supply means is installed inside the second core. When the upper and lower dies are separated after the molding of the intake hose is completed, the air supply means supplies the compressed air between the each other combined first and second core and the intake hose.
