    Abstract: An air cleaner filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the production cost and improve the efficiency of air purification substantially by reducing and automating the production process, increase the air purification efficiency by applying an adhesive to a thick non-woven fabric, thereby forming a frame, and substantially reduce the consumption of the adhesive by fixing only both edges of the filter paper using the adhesive in a state that a filter paper having peak portions formed thereon in an equal distance is inserted into an implement. A manufacturing method of an air cleaner filter comprises the processes of: folding a non-woven fabric sheet into a square or rectangular filter paper(11) having peak portions(14) with the same height formed thereon; applying an adhesive(15) to non-woven fabric frames(12,13) that are thicker than the filter paper, are elastic and have wider widths compared with the filter paper to increase the sealing property of the folded filter paper having peak portions with constant height in the width direction of the filter paper; adhering the adhesive applied non-woven fabric frames to the filter paper in the width direction; cutting the adhesive applied non-woven fabric frames adhered to the filter paper in the width direction according to the width of the filter paper; inserting the filter paper adhered to the non-woven fabric frames into an implement to maintain constantly a distance between the peak portions of the filter paper adhered to the non-woven fabric frames; constantly maintaining the distance between the peak portions of the filter paper and fixing the filter paper, and applying an adhesive to the non-woven fabric frames to adhere and fix longitudinally the non-woven fabric frames to the filter paper; and cutting the non-woven fabric frames longitudinally adhered to the filter paper according to the length of the filter paper.
