PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a function for displaying many languages in an accumulation device, and to reduce the manufacturing costs of products. SOLUTION: A display accumulation device volume label character method includes the activation of the accumulation device; detection of whether patterning volume label information is to be downloaded; the inspection of the type of the patterning volume label information; determination on whether the character is the one by a volume label; checking whether the character code of the volume label agrees; and the display of the patterning information of the volume label. The type face and the type face code resources of an application system itself are utilized, converted to a format for displaying on the display unit of the accumulation device, and recorded at a prescribed position in the accumulation medium. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicon storage medium, a controller and an access method therefor. SOLUTION: This silicon storage medium is provided with a memory module and the controller. Each block is assigned in the memory module as a basic erasing/writing/storing unit. The controller is provided with a system interface connected electrically to a computer system, a memory interface connected electrically to the memory module, a data buffer for buffering a data, and a data compression/depression module connected electrically to the data buffer via an interactive bus to compress/depress the data stored in the data buffer. The data transmitted from the computer system to the data buffer comprises a data frame, and the one of the blocks in the memory module stores only the data of one data frame. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very small multi-functional flash memory card structure connectable to the system end platform of a USB interface. SOLUTION: This multi-functional flash memory card structure comprises a box body and a circuit board 12. At least one RAM 14 and controller 16 are installed on the circuit board, and the controller supports and controls data and transmits data to or exchanges data with the RAM by the insert slot of an inserted system end. The box body is formed of an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, and the circuit board connected to each other. The front end portion of the box body is formed in a rectangular plate gradually narrowing toward the front, and a plurality of interface pins 22 are fitted to the upper edge of the rectangular plate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-interface SD flash memory card which has both SD interface and USB interface transmitting functions and is portable and small-sized. SOLUTION: The SD flash memory card and a USB converter are coupled together. The SD flash memory card is composed of an SD card transmission interface and a circuit board; and a microcontroller and many RAM are installed on the circuit board and the microcontroller is mounted with at least one 1st bus interface circuit. The USB converter includes at lest one SD interface insertion slot and a USB insertion head and follows a flow in Fig. 3 according to whether a system interface circuit is in SD bus mode or USB bus mode. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray-shaped silicon disk drive to further raise utility when a memory card is inserted for reading and writing. SOLUTION: The silicon disk drive comprises an outer frame 10, a table 20 installed in the outer frame 10, and a tray 30 sliding and opening/closing on the table 20. A circuit board 12 is installed in the outer frame 10, on which board 12 being installed a transmission unit 11 and several contacts 13. A plurality of terminals are installed on the bottom of the tray 30. Upper parts of the terminals on the tray 30 is made contact with output/input terminals 51 of the memory card 50 by sliding and opening the tray 30 and installing the memory card 50. Then, lower parts of the terminals on the tray 30 is electrically connected to the contacts 13 of the circuit board 12 by sliding and closing the tray 30, whereby data in the memory card 50 are transmitted through the output/input terminals 51, the terminals on the tray 30, the contacts 13, and the transmission unit 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate type memory card connector capable of preventing intrusion of foreign matter for usage by complete insertion and installation in the connector, and allowing insertion and fixing of a plurality of memory cards with different standards and sizes. SOLUTION: The plate type memory card connector is mainly composed of a base 1 and a substrate 2 moving freely on the base. An insertion end 11 is formed on one end of the base, and guide grooves 14 are provided on both sides. A repelling unit 15 is provided in the base, and by this, the substrate is detached toward a direction opposite of the base. An setting chamber 21 for setting the memory card is formed on the substrate, slide grooves 22 are provided on both sides, and the slide grooves are mutually coupled by a slide rail unit 23 and the guide grooves. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly tray type memory card adapter module, having positioning means at a leading edge of the tray, enabling a memory card when left in the memory card adapter, to be latched, controlled, and retained in a position or when being taken out, to be easily taken out by releasing the positioning status. SOLUTION: The memory card adapter module has a base 10 installed on a board 60, and a tray 20 sliding on the base to open or close. Some through-holes 14 corresponding to contacts 61 of the board are provided on the bottom part of the base. A plurality of terminals are installed in positions corresponding to through-holes on the bottom part of the tray. When the tray is slid to open to house a memory card, the terminals abut the I/O terminals of the memory card 30, and when the tray is slid to close, the terminals are aligned with the through-holes and electrically connected with the contacts of the board via the through-holes. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication protocol of a multi-functional small memory card. SOLUTION: A half-duplex four-bit serial system is mainly adopted based on a CLK signal, each one pulse can transmit pieces of four-bit information D0, D1, D2 and D3, and an interface transmission system uses a packet unit. In addition, a communication protocol sets a simulated communication end point in a memory card and defines it as a source or a target of information transmission. A data transmission packet includes a starting bit, a packet identification number, the communication end point, data length, payload data, a packet state number, a data status and an end bit.
