Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing an easy-to-swallow composite gel based on high-pressure shear induction and belongs to the technical field of food processing. Marine products are used as raw materials. A cross-linking degree of thermally denatured proteins and a combination degree of functional oil are synchronously regulated, calculated and controlled by one-step of emulsion filling and protein cross-linking. A composite gel prepared has low strength, high water/oil retention rate and the properties of “soft” easy-to-swallow foods. The composite gel is enhanced in efficacy by nutrition regulation, and the prepared easy-to-swallow composite gel achieves precise nutrition regulation. The composite gel is differently shaped by 3D printing according to different people's needs to improve consumers' appetite for easy-to-swallow foods. The utilization rate of marine resources is fully improved, a fish meat base material can be prepared from leftover processed minced fish meat, so the added value of products is increased.

Abstract: Disclosed are Rhodotorula capable of efficiently degrading ethyl carbamate and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of food biotechnology. The present disclosure provides Rhodotorula DL-XSY01 capable of efficiently degrading ethyl carbamate (EC), with a preservation number being CGMCC No. 23534. The Rhodotorula DL-XSY01 is screened, identified, activated, fermented, and embedded to obtain an EC degradation preparation. The strain DL-XSY01 obtained by the present disclosure is prepared into a degradation agent after embedding, which can be used for removing EC in fermented foods. Furthermore, the present disclosure utilizes the degradation agent derived from strain DL-XSY01 to eliminate EC from various food systems. It demonstrates significant EC removal efficacy, low production costs, ease of use, and easy removal from food systems. Thus, it finds wide applicability in fermented foods such as alcoholic beverages, fermented dairy products, soy sauce, and vinegar.

According to the disclosure, sea cucumber cooking and soaking processes can be integrated; the cooking and soaking efficiency can be improved; and waste of water is reduced.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a medicinal and edible dual-purpose composition capable of resisting retinal blue light damage, and a preparation method and application. The medicinal and edible dual-purpose composition capable of resisting retinal blue light damage disclosed by the disclosure includes the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of a microencapsulated nutrient component, 1-3 parts of a sweetening agent, 10-20 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, and 0.5-2 parts of magnesium stearate. The medicinal and edible dual-purpose composition product is simple and quick in preparation. By adding the microencapsulated nutrient component, the stability and bioavailability of procyanidine, bilberry anthocyanin and lutein are remarkably increased, synergistic anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation functions of the procyanidine, bilberry anthocyanin and lutein are fully played, the problems of retinal damage and the like caused by LED blue light irradiation can be prevented and improved, and wide application prospects and economic benefits are achieved.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a dye for industrialization of dyeing cotton fiber in supercritical carbon dioxide that can react with cotton fiber, wherein a preparation method therefor comprises the following steps: dissolving a hydroxyl-containing natural dye in an organic solvent, dropwise adding an alcohol compound containing a halogen group into a reaction system in the presence of an acid-binding agent, precipitating the product with another solvent after the reaction is completed, and then filtrating and drying to obtain the compound described. The obtained compound is used for dyeing cotton fiber in supercritical carbon dioxide. The dye provided by the present disclosure is capable of dyeing cotton fiber in supercritical carbon dioxide conditions, and has a better color fastness while dyeing the cotton fiber.

Abstract: The disclosure provides marine polysaccharide vector-based anthocyanin nanoparticles, using marine polysaccharides, food-borne fluorescent nanoparticles and sodium hyaluronate as a composite vector to be combined with anthocyanin, and is prepared by a method: S1, dissolving sodium alginate in phosphate buffered saline, and successively adding EDC, HOBt and the food-borne fluorescent nanoparticles to obtain a fluorescence-alginate complex; S2, adding the fluorescence-alginate complex into a mixture of DMF and DCM, and then adding DIC and DMAP; S3, adding the anthocyanin and hyaluronic acid, and then removing a solvent; and S4, removing unreacted small molecules, and carrying out freeze drying. The disclosure can improve the anthocyanin stability, control the slow release of the anthocyanin, has the characteristics of fluorescent tracing, can be used as a fluorescent marker for in vivo imaging of animal tissues, organs, etc., and can also be delivered to animal colons in a targeted manner to alleviate DSS-induced colitis injury.

Abstract: A method for preparing a chemiluminescent hydrogel is disclosed, belonging to the field of luminescent materials. The method for preparing a chemiluminescent hydrogel includes the steps of: slowly adding chitosan to an acetic acid solution, stirring at room temperature until completely dissolved, adding a cobalt chloride solution, followed by a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution, sufficiently stirring, ultrasonically defoaming, and subjecting a resulting mixture to an alkaline bath treatment with an alkaline solution, adding N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol (ABEI), and stirring with a hydrogen peroxide solution to obtain the chemiluminescent hydrogel. The synthesized hydrogel has the advantages of high luminous intensity and long duration. In the process, a high-water-cut polymer with a three-dimensional network structure obtained by chemical crosslinking with the addition of PVA features excellent biocompatibility, high elasticity, and nontoxicity, and is one of biomedical materials with application potential.
