Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-closing device for a sliding door including at least one sliding leaf which is hung from an upper profile, in which the leaf closes at a constant speed adjusted at the users will.SOLUTION: A self-closing device 1 is for a sliding door including at least one sliding leaf 2 which is hung from an upper profile 3. The device 1 includes: a drive belt 10 configured to be joined to the sliding leaf 2; a closing pulley 20 which engages with a first end 11 of the drive belt 10; and a brake pulley 40 which engages with a second end 12 of the drive belt 10. The rotation movement of the both pulleys 20, 40 is connected by the drive belt 10.
Abstract:
A device for covering the lower guided channel of a door, said door (100) comprising a guided sheet (101) designed to slide along the length of a lower guided channel (102). The device (1) is designed by a strip mechanism (10), linked to the movement of the guided sheet (101), which keeps the lower guided channel (102) covered. The strip mechanism (10) comprises a guide profile (11) designed to adjust in the lower guided channel (102), which has an upper track (12S) and a lower track (12I); a first strip (20A) with a first upper end (21A) that may be connected to a first edge (101A) designed to slide along the upper track (12S), and a lower free end (22A) designed to slide along the lower track (12I); and a first terminal (30A) joined to a first end (13) designed to enable the first strip (20A) to return and slide.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
Arranged on an top guiding profile (1) is the travel carriage (2) for one of the leaves (12) of the door, as well as the pivoting hinge for the other leaf, said guiding profile (1) having a pair of top partitions (5) determining a longitudinal and mid groove for guiding small wheels or bearings (7) of a vertical axis assembled on the very carriage (1), in conjunction with wheels (3) of a horizontal axis for the traveling thereof. The hinge (11) of the carriage (2), which can be regulated in height with regards thereto, the same as the pivoting hinge, is finished off at its bottom end in a planar bearing (21) resting on a pair of flat bars (16) assembled with longitudinal traveling ability in a profile (13) embedded on the top edge on each leaf of the door, such that said flat bars (16) can travel towards the exterior of the leaf in order to regulate the effective length of the hinges and level the door, and which can be subsequently fixed in a working situation with the aid of screws (17).
Abstract:
Structure for mounting sliding doors, consisting of an upper rail (1) along which may move carriages (2) from which hang the doors (4) by intermediate support elements consisting of a U-bar (7) embedded in the door (4) from its upper edge, and of a Z-shaped part (12) which may slide inside this U-bar. The U-bar (7), from its longitudinal edge of the flaps (11) which partially close it, has arched opposing notches (14) which are sized to receive a ring (15) through which passes the screw (13) anchoring it to the upper carriage (2).
Abstract:
Provided for doors based on two leaves joined by means of hinges and with a considerable weight, the system is based on making on the edge of each leaf (1) intended for being joined by means of hinges to the other one, a wide groove (2) on the entire length of said edge, and in which a metallic profile (3) is arranged and fixed, through openings (4), the length of the profile (3) also coinciding with that of said edge and adopting a grooved configuration with a narrowed opening, such that coupled inside said groove (6) is a head (8) belonging to the corresponding blade (9) of each hinge, which head is coupled by tongue and grooving to the narrowed opening (7) of the groove (6), such that the blade (9), and accordingly the hinge as a whole, is susceptible to being coupled by sliding to the profile (3), to adopting any position along the profile and to being permanently fixed by means of tightening of the head (8) against the narrowed opening of the profile by means of a pair of setscrews (11) functioning in threaded openings of the head (8) and pressing against the bottom of the groove (6).
Abstract:
A device for the synchronized actuation of sliding doors, provided for two sliding doors moving indistinctly in the same plane or in two planes forming any angle, consisting of two pairs of cogwheels (8-8') and (9-9') between which there is arranged, inside of each pair, an also cog belt (10-10'), a connection part (13-13') fixed to the corresponding suspension grip (6-6') of the respective sliding door being joined to each one of these belts. Joined to the two neighboring cogwheels (9-9') there are respective cogwheels (18-18') of a larger diameter, directly meshing with one another, to synchronously transmit motion from one cog belt (10-10') to the other, cogwheels (18-18') which are kept joined by means of parts (20) bridging their shafts (19-19') and maintaining the drive transmission both when the doors are coplanar and when they form any angle.
