Abstract:
A device and method for the monitoring of feminine hygiene. More specifically, sensor information is obtained from a wearable device worn inside the vagina of a user. The wearable device subsequently produces measurements, based on the sensor information, which at least relates to menstrual fluid that is collected by the wearable device. These measurements are transmitted, wirelessly, to a nearby client device or another (externally worn) wearable device. The client or other wearable device then provides the user with notifications respective to one or more parameters associated with the measurements, granted the measurements meet pre-determined criteria.
Abstract:
A sensor acquisition and analytics platform for enhancing interaction with adult devices. More specifically, the integration of social networking and gamification (i.e., adding game-like features to the interactions between adult devices and the user(s)) frameworks towards enhancing user interactions and joint activities surrounding adult devices, services, and/or content is introduced. Additionally, analytics and learning intelligence (in the form of adaptive learning or behavioral pattern prediction) may be implemented (either as part of the framework or separately), which serves to discover appropriate connections, mappings, or associations between adult device characteristics/settings and measured sensor information (including user biometrics, forces, pressure, motion, etc.). These connections, in turn, may be further examined and improved over time by the platform and/or third-party providers to develop and/or improve user experiences with respect to health, wellness, and/or sexual activities involving adult devices.

A pressure-sensing device is provided, comprising: a body comprising an insertable member configured to be placed within an orifice selected from a vagina or anus of a user; an internal skeleton disposed within the body, wherein the internal skeleton is partially or fully disposed within the insertable member, the internal skeleton comprising an exterior skeleton surface; an outer layer of flexible non-toxic material covering the exterior skeleton surface of the internal skeleton disposed within the insertable member; wherein the exterior skeleton surface and an interior surface of the outer layer define at least one partially compressible airflow channel therebetween, the at least one partially compressible airflow channel being disposed on the insertable member; and at least one pressure sensor disposed in the body and in fluid communication with the at least one partially compressible airflow channel to detect changes in air pressure due to pressures applied to the insertable member.

A vibratory propagation assembly (VP A) and adult devices within which the VPA is incorporated. More specifically, the VPA includes one or more vibrating source(s) encased in source scaffold(s). Vibrations generated by the vibrating source(s) are propagated along the source scaffold(s) towards one or more vibration conducting prong(s) coupled to the one or more source scaffold(s). Subsequently, the vibration conducting prong(s) propagate the induced vibrations throughout varying portions of the adult device(s), thereby providing stimulation to one or more anatomical area(s) of a user, of which the adult device(s) are contacting. Further, varying effects may be generated when multiple vibrating sources are operated separately or in combination.

There is disclosed a method and apparatus for identifying an electrical device. The method comprises the steps of 1 ) providing an identification code to a controller, 2) operatively connecting the controller to an electrical load, 3) using the controller to create a sequence of timed electromagnetic field pulses in accordance with the identification code, 4) detecting said sequence of timed pulses by means of a passive probe, and 5) translating the sequence of timed pulses into the identification code to identify the device. The sequence of timed electromagnetic field pulses comprises an initial pulse followed by one or more pulse groups. Each pulse group consists of a time delay followed by at least one subsequent pulse. The apparatus comprises a circuit with at least an electrical load, an electromagnetic field generator, a current varying means, and a power source operatively connected together in series. The apparatus also comprises an identification code for identifying the device and a controller for controlling the current varying means in accordance with the identification code. The controller controls the current varying means to cause the electromagnetic field generator to emit a sequence of timed electromagnetic field pulses sized and shaped to be detected by a passive probe.

The present application relates to devices for sexual stimulation. In particular, the present application provides a sexual stimulation device that is dimensioned to be worn by a female while engaging in sexual intercourse. The device comprises an inner arm for placement in the vagina of the female, an outer arm for placement against the clitoral area of the female and a middle connecting portion, wherein the inner arm is configured to improve positional stability during use.
Abstract:
Some adult devices are ostensibly marketed to improve female sexual experience female by offering exercises to address relaxed vaginal muscles from birth, age, surgery etc. and for reducing incontinence. However, such devices suffer from variable placement by the user both in terms of orientation and penetrative depth such that the “results” are not reproducible and captured data used to provide feedback to the user and/or providing visual/audible prompts is flawed. Accordingly, it would be beneficial to provide a device with reproducible placement and data for enhancing the usability/benefit of the exercise regimen. It would be further beneficial for the device to either provide this exercise regime as part of a wider assessment of sexual wellness or as part of a sexual stimulation activity thereby reducing the focus on “exercise” to derive the benefits of improved pelvic muscle control.
