    Abstract: PURPOSE: A shaft of a roller blind is provided to be twined around a spring easily and maintained steadily. CONSTITUTION: A shaft of a roller blind comprises a housing(100), a pair of caps, connection part(300), a first support, a second support, and an elastic spring(500). The housing in a cylinder shape forms the shaft, in which the roller blind is twined. A pair of the caps is fixed to both sides of the housing in a longitudinal direction. A pair of the caps comprises an insertion hole in the longitudinal direction. The connection part is inserted inside the housing in longitudinal direction to be slid. The connection part is rotated restrictedly inside the housing to make the elastic spring twined. The first and second supports are inserted inside the housing through the insertion hole of the cap to support the housing to be rotated. One side of the elastic spring is connected to the connection part and the other side is connected to the second support. The elastic spring generates rotary elastic forces according to rotations of the housing.

CONSTITUTION: A shaft locking device(100) of a roller-blind comprises a housing unit(110), a first cap(120), a rod(130) and an elastic spring(140). The housing unit has a cylinder shape and forms a shaft for a blind. The first cap comprises a first space part(121) and a second space part(123). At the first space part, a first through-hole(122) is formed in the longitudinal direction. The second space part is communicated with the first through-hole and a second through-hole(124) wider than the first through-hole is formed at the second space part. The rod is inserted into the housing unit through the through-hole of the first cap. The elastic spring applies the rotary elastic restoring force to the rod.
