The present invention relates to a novel tyrosinase nucleic acid molecule derived from actinomyces and having improved melanin productivity, a vector comprising the same, a transformant, and a method of manufacturing melanin using the same. More specifically, a nucleic acid molecule, according to an embodiment of the present invention, codes tyrosinase and is comprised of nucleotide sequences of SEQ: 1 derived from actinomyces.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing 5,6-dihydroxy indole using Kitasatospora sp. DG09 is provided to remarkably enhance melanogenesis and tyrosinase production. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 5,6-dihydroxy indole comprises: a step of culturing a transformant containing Kitasatospora sp. DG09(deposit number KCCM11178P) or tyrosinase nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 3; and a step of collecting 5,6-dihydroxy indole from the culture liquid. A tyrosinase has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 prepared from Kitasatospora sp. DG09. The tyrosinase has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 3.
