본 발명은 장척 비닐 바닥장식재에 최초로 금속상감 기법을 접목하여 바닥재 내부에 여러가지 문양의 음각 요철(凹)을 부여한 다음, 그 속에 금, 은, 메탈, 자개 등의 다른 재료를 메워 넣음으로써, 한국 전통의 고풍스런 이미지를 사실감, 깊이감, 고급감 있게 표현한 바닥 장식재에 관한 것으로서, 위로부터 표면코팅층, 제1투명층, 금속인쇄층, 제2투명층, 일반인쇄층, 제3투명층, 제4투명층을 포함하고, 기재층이 유리섬유 시트층으로 구성되며, 하부는 발포층, 평직층을 포함하고, 투명층에 엠보롤, 증착 및 전사인쇄 공법을 이용하여 한국 전통의 금속상감 효과를 표현한 것을 특징으로 하는 장척 바닥 장식재를 제공한다. 금속상감, 바닥장식재

CONSTITUTION: A synthetic leather(100) comprises a surface processing layer(111), surface(112) made of PVC, adhesive layer(113), knit fabric(114), core yarn(115), and elastic thread. The synthetic leather comprises a surface made of PVC or polyurethane and knit fabric which is knitted with knit fabric and elastic thread together with core yarn, or a knit fabric which is knitted with elastic fiber together with core yarn.

The present invention relates to a bio resin composition, a bio molded article, and a manufacturing method thereof, and to a bio resin composition which comprises a bio polyethylene resin, a thermoplastic olefin resin, a polypropylene resin, inorganic filler, and additionally comprises thermoplastic rubber, thereby being environmentally friendly and having physical properties such as hardness and strength of a composition, etc. which cannot be formed only by a conventional biodegradable resin above a certain level; reduces the production of volatile organic compounds to offer environmentally friendly properties; and allows the use thereof to be in diverse applications through injection molding, to a bio molded article, and to a manufacturing method thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A bio resin-added car interior sheet comprises 5-100.0 parts by weight of bio resin obtained from starch extracted from one or more natural plants selected from corn, potatoes, ipomoea batatas, cane, bamboo or species which is similar to the same, 30-100.0 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyolefin resin or thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 5-40 parts by weight of compatibilizing agents, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of lubricant, and 0.5-5 parts by weight of cross-linking agent.

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a conductive pattern transfer film and a method of transferring a conductive pattern using the conductive pattern transfer film are provided to ensure excellent electrical characteristics of parts by preventing the sagging of a pattern even if being transferred to 3D parts. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a conductive pattern transfer film comprises next steps. A soft film, on which a releasing layer is formed, is prepared. A conductive pattern is printed on the releasing layer. A curing layer is formed on a region with the conductive pattern. A shielding layer is formed on the curing layer. The conductive pattern is a circuit pattern or an antenna pattern. The printing of the conductive pattern uses conductive polymer ink, carbon nano-tube ink or conductive paste. The curing layer is formed from resin, which is cured by ultraviolet, electronic beam or heat.
