Abstract: 본 발명은 표면 형상 측정 장치 및 이를 이용한 스크린 프린터 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 스크린 프린터 관리 시스템은 인쇄회로기판 상에 접착용 페이스트를 도포하는 스크린 프린터와; 인쇄회로기판 상에 도포된 접착용 페이스트의 도포 상태를 측정하여 접착용 페이스트의 도포 상태와 관련된 다수의 양불 판단 요소에 대한 다수의 측정 데이터를 생성하는 표면 형상 측정 모듈과; 상기 각 양불 판단 요소에 대응하는 다수의 기준 데이터와, 상기 기준 데이터에 대응하여 상기 스크린 프린터의 도포 제어를 위한 다수의 제어 명령이 저장된 스크린 프린팅 데이터베이스와; 상기 표면 형상 측정 모듈에 의해 측정된 상기 다수의 측정 데이터에 기초하여 상기 각 양불 판단 요소에 대한 불량 여부를 판단하고, 상기 측정 데이터와 매칭되는 기준 데이터를 상기 스크린 프린팅 데이터베이스로부터 검색하여, 상기 검색된 기준 데이터에 대응하는 제어 명령을 상기 스크린 프린터로 전송하는 스크린 프린팅 관리 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 표면 형상 측정 모듈의 측정 결과와 연동되어, 접착용 페이스트의 도포 불량의 발생 전에도 스크린 프린터가 최적의 공정 조건으로 유지될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A surface shape measuring device and a screen printer managing system using the same are provided to maintain a processing condition of a screen printer by interconnecting a measurement result of a surface shape measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A surface shape measuring device(1) comprises a screen printer(100), a surface shape measuring module(30), a screen printing database(20), and a screen printing management module(10). The screen printer spreads a paste for adhesion on a printed circuit board(3). The surface shape measuring module measures a spread state of the paste for the adhesion on the printed circuit board and generates a plurality of measuring data with respect to a plurality of failure estimating factors related to the spread state of the paste. A plurality of criteria data corresponding to the failure estimating factors and a plurality of control commands for a spread controlling correspondently to the criteria data are saved in the screen printing database. The screen printing management module transmits the control command corresponding to the searched criteria data to the screen printer.
