Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-walled synthetic resin-made packaging container which absorbs a compressive force while a height is elastically changed when the compressive force acts, and can be elastically restored to its original shape without generating strain deformation. SOLUTION: The lower part of a container body 1 is formed into a small-diameter body 2B having a number of vertical channels 5 on its peripheral wall, and the upper end of the small-diameter body 2B is continuously connected to the lower end of a large diameter body 2A through a flange 4 horizontally projecting outward. Horizontal channels 6 communicating with respective vertical channels 5 over inner and outer peripheral ends of the flange 4 are provided at small intervals on the flange 4.
