Abstract: 본 발명은 갈조류 유래의 푸코이단을 푸코 올리고당으로 분해할 수 있는 효소를 보유한 스핑고모나스(
Sphingomonas ) 속 미생물, 상기 스핑고모나스 속 미생물을 푸코이단과 펩톤을 포함한 배지에서 pH를 5.0 내지 10.0으로 하고 염 농도를 0 내지 3%로 한 조건에서 배양하는 상기 스핑고모나스 속 미생물의 배양방법 및 상기 스핑고모나스 속 미생물과 푸코이단을 접하게 하여 푸코이단을 푸코 올리고당으로 분해하는 푸코 올리고당의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 푸코 올리고당은 푸코이단 보다 더욱 탁월한 항혈전, 항암 및 항바이러스 효능을 발휘한다.

Abstract: A novel Sphingomonas sp strain, a method for culturing the strain, and a method for preparing fuco-oligosaccharide by using the strain are provided to improve the degradation of fucoidan of brown algae into fuco-oligosaccharide. A Sphingomonas sp strain contains an enzyme which can degrade the fucoidan of brown algae into fuco-oligosaccharide. Preferably the strain belongs to the Sphingomonas paucimobilis sp. The deposition number of the strain is KCTC 11130BP.

Abstract translation: 提供新型鞘氨醇单胞菌菌株，培养菌株的方法以及通过使用该菌株制备非低聚糖的方法，以改善褐藻酸的岩藻依聚糖降解为低聚果糖。 鞘氨醇单胞菌属菌株含有可将褐藻酸岩藻依聚糖降解成低聚果糖的酶。 优选地，菌株属于矮化型鞘氨醇单胞菌（Sphingomonas paucimobilis sp。 菌株的沉积次数为KCTC 11130BP。
