Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for testing taste buds and a film having the same for testing taste buds are provided to be easily sensed in the oral cavity of a person. CONSTITUTION: A composition for testing taste buds comprises a film forming agent and an ingredient having a salty, sour, sweet, or bitter taste. The film forming agent is a soluble polymer. The salty taste is derived from sodium chloride(NaCl). The Sour taste is derived from acetic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, or citric acid. The sweet taste is derived from sucrose, glucose, fructose, sorbitol, xylitol, palatines, erythritol, or mannitol. The bitter taste is derived from quinine or caffeine. A film for testing taste buds contains the composition. A kit for testing taste buds has two or more films.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing retinal for preventing or treating cancer or immune diseases is provided to enhance immune-modulating T cell activity. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating cancer or immune disease contains retinal compounds of pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The retinal promotes or enhances regulatory T cell activity or proliferation. A method for reducing or suppressing differentiation of immature T cell into Th17 cell in vitro comprises a step of treating retinal compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt to the undifferentiated T cells.
