본 발명은, 엔진 또는 구동모터에 의하여 회전하는 입력축(IS); 상기 입력축의 종축 방향으로 이격하여 최소한 4개가 일렬 배치되어 입력축에 동력 연결 또는 해제되는 다수의 유압식 다판 클러치; 상기 각 유압식 다판 클러치 상에 적어도 하나 이상씩 형성되는 구동기어(G); 상기 입력축에 평행하게 상하로 나란하게 배치되는 제1출력축(OS1)과 제2출력축(OS2); 상기 제1출력축 또는 상기 제2출력축 상에 형성되어 상기 다수의 구동기어 중에서 어느 하나와 치합하는 다수의 변속기어(D); 및 상기 제1출력축의 일부 변속기어들 사이 및 상기 제2출력축의 일부 변속기어들 사이에 형성되어 출력축 상의 좌측 또는 우측의 변속기어에 항시 연결되고 연결이 해제된 중립 상태가 없도록 위치하는 다수의 기어 셀렉터(S);를 포함하여 구성되어 주행 중인 변속 단수의 변속기어의 위와 아래 단의 변속기어 중 최소한 3개의 변속기어가 가속 또는 감속을 대비하여 프리-셀렉트(pre-select) 상태를 유지하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 다중 유압식 다판 클러치 변속기에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 변속기와 비교하여 변속 효율이 우수하고, 제어가 신속하고 용이하며, 구조가 단순하며, 순차 변속이나 스킵 변속이 부드러운 효과가 있다.

본 발명은, 엔진(10) 및 제2모터(20)와, 엔진(10)과 제2모터(20) 각각으로부터 생성되는 동력을 변속기(30)로 전달하는 출력축(40)을 포함하는 하이브리드 자동차의 동력전달구조로서, 상기 제2모터(20)는 엔진(10)과 평행하게 배치되며 상기 제2모터(20)와 변속기(30) 사이에는 변속기(30)의 출력축(40)과 직접 연결되는 제1모터(50)가 마련되되, 상기 출력축(40)은 모터(30)의 중앙부위를 관통하여 변속기(30)와 연결되고, 상기 엔진(10)과 제2모터(20) 사이의 출력축(40)에는 더블클러치로서의 제1클러치(111) 및 제2클러치(112)가 마련되며, 상기 제2모터(20)와 제1모터(50) 사이에는 출력축(40)을 통해 전달되는 동력을 단속하는 제3클러치(113)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두 개의 모터제네레이터와 세 개의 클러치로 구성된 하이브리드 자동차의 동력전달구조를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A coaxial multiple clutch transmission is provided to increase the torque limit allowance by introducing the dry clutch and the main clutch. CONSTITUTION: A main input shaft(MIS) is connected to a flywheel(FW) and transfers the torque delivered from an engine. An output shaft(OS) is arranged in parallel with the first input shaft and the second input shaft. A plurality of driving gears(G1~G8) is installed on the first input shaft and the second input shaft in rotating manner. The power transmission gear unit comprises a first profile shifted gear(FG1), a power transmission first back gear(RG1), and an intermediate shaft(MS).

PURPOSE: A chameleon hybrid car is provided to improve the running performance such as the output of a hybrid car and the maximum speed, and the fuel consumption at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid car(100) comprises an internal combustion engine(110) and engine output shafts(111a, 111b) which output the rotary power of the engine; a transmission clutch(121), a driving motor(130) and a gearbox(120) which are formed on the one engine output shaft; a battery(150) which is connected to the driving motor; a first generator(141) which is in power connection to the engine, constantly operates and is connected to the battery; and a second generator(142) which is in power connection or disconnection to the engine output shaft by a power generation clutch and is connected to the battery. The power generation clutch and the second generator are formed on the engine output shaft which is extended to the opposite direction to the transmission clutch based on the engine. The power generation clutch and the second generator are selectively in power connection to the engine output shaft according to the driving condition of the vehicle, and are simultaneously in power connection to the engine output shaft in the engine break condition.

PURPOSE: A coaxial multiple clutch transmission is provided to assemble and arrange a dry or wet clutch in various ways as required, thereby enabling to easily design transmission. CONSTITUTION: A main input shaft(MIS) is connected to s fly wheel(FW). An output shaft(OS) is separated with a first input shaft(IS1) and a second input shaft(IS2) in parallel. A plurality of driving gears(G1-G8) is installed in the first input shaft and second input shaft in order to be able to rotate. A plurality of driven gears(D1-D7) is installed in the output shaft in order to be able to rotate and interlocked with each driving gear. The second input shaft accepts the first input shaft arranged in the rear side of the main input shaft in order to be able to rotate.

The present invention relates to a multiple magnetic clutch transmission for vehicles, and particularly, to a transmission using multiple magnetic clutches, which is superior in transmission efficiency to the conventional transmission, is fast and easy in control, and does not needs addition devices, such as an actuator. The multiple magnetic clutch transmission comprises: an input shaft (IS) rotating by an engine or a driving motor; a plurality of magnetic clutches (MC) including at least four rotors (RT) which are arranged on the input shaft in a line, are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal axis direction and are mounted on the input shaft to be rotated and amateurs (AR) which are connected to the rotors or disconnected from the rotors according to ON/OFF states of electricity; one or more pairs of driving gears (G) formed on the amateurs of the magnetic clutches; a first output shaft (OS1) and a second output shaft (OS2) arranged side by side in parallel with the input shaft; a plurality of shift gears (D) formed on the first output shaft or the second output shaft to be geared with any one of the driving gears; and a plurality of gear selectors (S) formed between some of the shift gears of the first output shaft and between some of the shift gears of the second output shaft, such that at least three shift gears of the shift gears of the upper stage and the lower stage relative to the present gearshift stage of the shift gears keep a pre-select state for deceleration or acceleration.

CONSTITUTION: A chameleon hybrid car(100) comprises: engine output shafts(111a,111b) outputting the rotating power of an engine and an internal combustion engine; a transmission clutch(121), a driving motor(130) and a transmission(120) are formed on the engine output shaft; a battery(150) connected to the driving motor; a first generator(141) connected to the engine and operating always; and a second generator(142) connected/disconnected to the engine output shaft by a clutch for generation.
