Abstract: PURPOSE: A Sorghum bicolor Moench extract having an antibacterial activity is provided to prevent side effects by human body toxicity accumulation and to use as an alternative agent of conventional synthetic antibacterial agent. CONSTITUTION: A Sorghum bicolor Moench extract is isolated using low alcohol, methanol. The Sorghum bicolor Moench extract is fractioned using hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol or water. A cosmetic composition for anti-bacteria contains the Sorghum bicolor Moench extract as an active ingredient. The composition has antibacterial activities to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, or Klebsiella pneumoniae. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin softener, nutrition skin, nutrition cream, essence, pack or shower powder.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供具有抗菌活性的高粱双色Moench提取物，以防止人体毒性积累的副作用，并用作常规合成抗菌剂的替代试剂。 构成：使用低酒精，甲醇分离高粱双色Moench提取物。 高粱双色Moench提取物用己烷，乙酸乙酯，正丁醇或水分级。 抗菌化妆品组合物含有高粱双色Moench提取物作为活性成分。 该组合物对金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌，鼠伤寒沙门氏菌或肺炎克雷伯杆菌具有抗菌活性。 化妆品组合物以皮肤柔软剂，营养皮肤，营养霜，精华液，包装或淋浴粉的形式使用。
