Abstract: PURPOSE: A PRDM10 protein as a marker for inflammatory arthritis is provided to diagnose inflammatory arthritis and to develop a therapeutic agent for inflammatory arthritis. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing inflammatory arthritis contains an antibody which specifically binds to PRDM10 protein. The kit is used for diagnosing inflammatory arthritis by comparing with a control group. The kit is an ELISA kit. The kit comprises a primer for making cDNA corresponding to LCN2 mRNA, reverse transcriptase, Taq polymerase, PCR primer, and dNTP. A target gene PRDM10 for treating or suppressing inflammatory arthritis has a base of sequence number 1 .
