PURPOSE: An antibody for C-terminus part protein of PRDM 10 and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be usefully used for PRDM 10 protein function research. CONSTITUTION: An antibody combined with the C-terminus part protein of PRDM 10 has the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The gene which codes the C- terminus protein has the base sequence described in the sequence number 2. The C- terminus protein of the PRDM 10 includes zinc finger motif. A composition for detecting PRDM 10 protein includes the antibody which unites with the C- terminus protein of the PRDM 10. A pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing PRDM 10 protein related disorder includes PRDM 10 protein includes the antibody which unites with the C- terminus protein of the PRDM 10 and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. PURPOSE: A PRDM10 protein as a marker for inflammatory arthritis is provided to diagnose inflammatory arthritis and to develop a therapeutic agent for inflammatory arthritis. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing inflammatory arthritis contains an antibody which specifically binds to PRDM10 protein. The kit is used for diagnosing inflammatory arthritis by comparing with a control group. The kit is an ELISA kit. The kit comprises a primer for making cDNA corresponding to LCN2 mRNA, reverse transcriptase, Taq polymerase, PCR primer, and dNTP. A target gene PRDM10 for treating or suppressing inflammatory arthritis has a base of sequence number 1 .
