Abstract: 본 발명은 우리나라 모든 연안에서 대량 수확이 가능한 불가사리로부터 얻은 저분자의 콜라겐을 수용성의 식용 가능한 소재인 펙틴(pectin)으로 나노입자화하여 피부 주름 억제 활성 및 항산화 활성을 갖는 향장 조성물을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 불가사리 유래 저분자 콜라겐 펩티드의 펙틴 나노입자 향장 조성물의 제조방법은, 펙틴으로 불가사리 유래 저분자 콜라겐 펩티드를 나노입자화하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 상기 방법으로 제조되는, 불가사리 유래 저분자 콜라겐 펩티드의 펙틴 나노입자 향장 조성물인 것을 특징으로 한다.
불가사리의 콜라겐 펩티드의 함량은 25% 이상으로 불가사리의 가공 시 발생하는 부산물을 이용할 필요가 있지만 현재까지 정제한 콜라겐의 직접적인 향장 소재로의 활용은 곤란하였던바, 본 발명에서는 불가사리에서 추출한 콜라겐을 초음파처리 및 가수분해하여 주름억제활성 펩티드를 얻고 이를 나노입자화 하여 목적하는 바를 달성하였다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing pectin nanoparticle cosmetic composition of low molecular collagen peptide derived from starfishes is provided to maximize anti-wrinkling and antioxidation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing pectin nanoparticle cosmetic composition of low molecular collagen peptide derived from starfishes comprises: a step of slicing starfishes; a step of immersing the sliced starfishes in distilled water containing hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide; a step of removing upper liquid and non-collagen substances; a step of immersing the starfish sample in distilled water containing 0.5 weight% of citric acid and 0.5 weight% of vitamin C to extract spicule; a step of performing sonication of a solution containing spicule; and a step of decompressing the peptide solution and freeze-drying.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种制造从星形鱼衍生的低分子胶原肽的果胶纳米颗粒化妆品组合物的方法，以最大限度地发挥抗皱和抗氧化作用。 构成：制造由星状鱼衍生的低分子胶原肽的果胶纳米粒子化妆品组合物的制造方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤： 将切片的海星浸入含有过氧化氢和氢氧化钠的蒸馏水中的步骤; 去除上层液体和非胶原物质的步骤; 将海星样品浸入含有0.5重量％柠檬酸和0.5重量％维生素C的蒸馏水中以提取孢子的步骤; 执行超声波处理含有针尖的溶液的步骤; 以及减压肽溶液并冷冻干燥的步骤。
