A composition which promotes the differentiation from a stem cell to cardiac myocyte is provided to induce the differentiation or improve cardiac function. A compound which promotes the differentiation from a stem cell to cardiac myocyte is denoted by the chemical formula 1. The derivative of the compound is denoted by the chemical formula 2. A method for inducing from the stem cell to cardiac myocyte comprises a step of culturing the stem cell in the presence of the compound of the derivative. In the chemical formula, R1 is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, halike, nitro, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl, amino group and substituted or non-substituted aryl group or heteroaryl group.

본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 하이드로젠파이로포스페이트 음이온 검출용 초분자 착화합물과 이 초분자 착화합물을 이용하여 선택적으로 하이드로젠파이로포스페이트 음이온을 검출 및 정량하는 방법에 관한 것이다. [화학식 1]
(상기 화학식 1에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기를 나타내고, X - 는 할로, PF 6 - , SbCl 6 - SCN - , CH 3 COO - , HSO 4 - , BF 4 - , 및 ClO 4 - 중에서 선택된 음이온을 나타낸다) 본 발명의 초분자 착화합물은 하이드로젠파이로포스페이트 음이온이 포함되어 있을수록 그와 비례하여 형광이 강하게 살아나기 때문에 ppb 이하의 극히 낮은 농도의 하이드로젠파이로포스페이트 음이온을 고감도로 검출할 수 있으며, 또한 유기 용매 뿐 아니라 수용액에서도 정량이 가능하여 미량의 하이드로젠파이로포스페이트 음이온을 검출하는 데 특히 유용하다.

PURPOSE: A supramolecular complex compound is provided to enhance fluorescence according to the content of pyrophosphate anions, thereby detecting very low concentrations of pyrophosphate anions with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A supramolecular complex compound for detecting pyrophosphate anions is denoted by chemical formula 1. A chromenolate complex for detecting pyrophosphate anions is denoted by chemical formula 4. A detection and quantitative analysis method of pyrophosphate anions comprises the steps of: injecting the chromenolate complex of chemical formula 4 to a pyrophosphate anions-containing or pyrophosphate anions-free solution; and measuring the intensity of fluorescence within a wavelength of 450-550 nm.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for overcoming resistance to an anticancer agent is provided to suppress the activity of hemo oxygenase (HO) increased in cancer cells using methyl pheophorbide (MPP), thereby remarkably increasing apoptotic sensitivity in cancer cells with anticancer agent resistance. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for overcoming resistance to an anticancer agent contains MPP as an active ingredient. The anticancer agent is cisplatin. The effective concentration of MPP is 10 uM. A composition for suppressing HO contains MPP as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A complex for detecting fluorine ions and a method for detecting the fluorine ions using the same are provided to improve the detecting sensitivity of the fluorine ions by selectively detecting the fluorine ions from a specimen with various ions. CONSTITUTION: A complex for detecting fluorine ions is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are respectively hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, C1-6 ethoxy groups, nitro groups, nitrile groups, or imidazole groups; R3 is an aryl group, a phenyl group, a C1-6 alkyl group, or a halogen atom substituted C1-6 alkyl group; and R4 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an aryl group, a phenyl group, or a C1-6 alkyl group. A method for detecting the fluorine ions includes the following: the complex is introduced into a solution with/without fluorine ions; and the light emitting intensity of the complex is measured.
