Abstract:
PURPOSE: A medium for producing sepiapterin containing a rice protein and a method for producing sepiapterin using the same are provided to obtain high yield and high productivity sepiapterin using rice protein hydrolysate as a nitrogen source. CONSTITUTION: A medium for producing sepiapterin contains a rice protein or a rice protein hydrolysate. The rice protein or the rice protein hydrolysate is added as a nitrogen source. A method for producing the rice protein comprises: a step of pulverizing rice; a step of adding a lipid soluble material-extracting solvent and suspending and removing lipid; a step of adding an alkaline solution to the rice and adjusting to pH 9.0-9.5; a step of centrifuging to remove insoluble materials and collecting a primary supernatant; a step of adding an acidic solution to the primary supernatant and adjusting to pH 4.0-4.5; a step of centrifuging, removing the supernatant, and collecting a primary precipitate; a step of adding distilled water to the primary precipitate and freeze-drying. A method for producing sepiapterin comprises a step of culturing a transformed microorganism in the medium. The microorganism is E.coli. 본 발명은 재조합 대장균을 이용한 세피아프테린의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, GTP 사이클로하이드로라아제(cyclohydrolase) 1 및 6-파이루보일테트라하이드로프테린 신타아제(pyruvoyltetrahydropterin synthase)를 발현하도록 형질전환된 재조합 대장균에, GMP 키나아제(kinase) 및 뉴클레오사이드 다이포스페이트 키나아제(nucleoside diphosphate kinase)을 과발현하도록 추가로 형질전환하면, 대조군에 비해 약 4배 높은 수율로 세피아프테린을 생산할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing sepiapterin using recombinant E.coli is provided to overexpress GMP kinase and nucleoside diphosphate kinase and to produce sepiapterin of high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing sepiapterin comprises a step of culturing recombinant E.coli. The recombinant E.coli is transformed to express GTP cyclohydrolase 1 and 6-pyruvoyltetrahydropterin synthase. E.coli is transformed by inserting genes encoding GTP cyclohydrolase 1 and 6-pyruvoyltetrahydropterin synthase into a vector and inserting the vector into E.coli.

CONSTITUTION: A food preservative comprises an agrimony extract as an active ingredient. The agrimony extract uses agrimony as a pumping material, and the agrimony extract is extracted using water having an alkaline acidity and an ethanol aqueous solution as an extraction solvent. The alkaline acidity has a pH of 10-12. Food is a meat processed food. A composition for suppressing the growth of Weissella viridescens includes an agrimony extract as an active ingredient.
