    Abstract: 본 발명은 메티실린 내성 황색포도구균(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus : MRSA)을 항생제 내성검사 수행 없이 말디-토프 질량분석기를 이용하여, 신속하게 동정하는 방법을 제공한다. MRSA-특이 질량전하비율 값 중 민감도가 높은 값 2개 또는 3개를 포함하는 시료를 선별하고, 이 중에서 메티실린 감수성 황색포도구균(Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus : MSSA) 특이 질량전하비율 값을 갖는 시료를 제외하는 동정 방법과, 단계적으로 질량전하비율 값을 갖는 시료를 선별하고, 그룹을 이용하는 동정 방법을 제공한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for quickly and accurately detecting extended-spectrum beta-lactamase by broth microdilution is provided. CONSTITUTION: A strain which produces extended spectrum beta-lactamase by broth microdilution is detected using: a combination of cefotaxime-PABL inhibitor broth and cefotaxim-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; a combination of ceftazidime-PABL inhibitor broth and ceftazidime-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; a combination of cefepime-PABL inhibitor broth and cefepime-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; a combination of ceftriaxone-PABL inhibitor broth and ceftriaxone-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth; or a combination of ceftriaxone-PABL inhibitor broth and ceftriaxone-ESBL inhibitor-PABL inhibitor broth. The PABL inbibitor is boronic acid or cloxacilin containign phenylboronic acid and 3-aminophenyl boronic acid.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A construction method of a scenery structure with high performance wet shotcrete composition using a wire mesh embedded mold is provided to maintain high performance of the high performance wet shotcrete composition and improve economic efficiency by reducing a usage amount. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a scenery structure with high performance wet shotcrete composition using a wire mesh embedded mold comprises as follows. An inclined surface is stabilized with a longitudinal member for stabilizing the inclined surface (S1). The wire mesh embedded mold is installed on the front surface of the inclined surface (S2), and concrete is placed in inner space of the wire mesh embedded mold (S3). The high performance wet shotcrete composition is placed on and attached to the front surface of the wire mesh embedded mold so that a shotcrete placed surface is formed (S4). The shotcrete placed surface is finished with plastering, and a shotcrete carved surface is constructed (S5). Wet curing is performed to prevent contraction crack of the shotcrete carved surface (S6). A coloring agent and a coating agent are coated to express a surface texture of natural rock (S7).
