Abstract: 본 발명은 더덕을 포함하는 더덕쌀의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조한 더덕쌀을 이용한 스넥의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 더덕분말; 곡류분말; 고구마분말, 감자분말, 옥수수분말 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 분말 및 밀가루를 혼합한 후 쌀 모양의 성형물로 성형하는 단계; 상기의 쌀 모양의 성형물을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더덕을 포함하는 더덕쌀의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조한 더덕쌀을 이용한 스넥의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 더덕쌀은 더덕분말; 곡류분말; 고구마분말, 감자분말, 옥수수분말 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 분말 및 밀가루를 혼합한 후 쌀 모양의 성형물로 성형한 다음 건조하여 더덕을 포함하고 쌀 모양의 형태로 가공된 성형물을 의미한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for improving constipation is provided to contain dietary fiber separated from Synurus deltoids and a diluting agent which is acceptable for cytological purposes. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving constipation comprises 0.1-99.9 weight% of Synurus deltoides dietary fiber and 0.1-99.9 weight% of a diluting agent. The composition for improving constipation comprises 1-99 weight% of Synurus deltoides dietary fiber, 0.5-5 weight% of a functional component, and 0.5-98.5 weight% of a diluting agent. A diluting agent is acceptable for use in cytological purposes. The diluting agent is acceptable for use in pharmaceutical purposes. The functional component is a dosage form of powder or liquid and is selected from Noni and juniper nut. The Synurus deltoides dietary fiber is separated from a Synurus deltoides leaf or a Synurus deltoides stem.
