Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cooling speed controlled die casting device and method are provided to reduce the volume of the device by excluding an electromagnetic stirrer or ultrasonic generator and to improve productivity by reducing the retention of molten steel in a ladle or sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A die casting device comprises a mold(400), a sleeve(100) which receives molten steel and is connected to the mold, and a plunger(200) which supplies molten steel at a predetermined pressure to the mold. The sleeve is made of stainless steel and includes a heater(120) for regulating the temperature of molten steel and a temperature controller which controls the heater to maintain molten steel in the sleeve at a predetermined temperature or cool the molten steel at a predetermined cooling rate.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A nonferrous metal capillary tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the yield rate of extruded materials by securing a steady-state structure in the early stage of extrusion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nonferrous metal capillary tube comprises the steps of: heating billet(50) to a temperature 5-15°C lower than the melting point, inserting the billet into a container, pressing the billet in the container at a ram speed of 1-5mm/s, and extruding a non-ferrous metal capillary tube with ram pressure through a die(30) attached to an end of the container at a discharge speed of 30-40m/min.

본 발명은 금형 내부에 용탕을 주입하여 금형내부의 형상으로 주물을 제작하는 다이캐스팅 장치에 관한 발명으로 용탕이 유입되고 금형과 연결되어 있는 슬리브, 상기 금형에 소정의 압력으로 용탕을 공급하는 장치인 플런저를 포함하되 상기 슬리브는 용탕의 온도를 조절하기 위한 가열기를 포함한다. 또한 본 발명은 금형 내부에 용탕을 주입하여 금형내부의 형상으로 주물을 제작하는 다이캐스팅 방법에 관한 발명으로서, 보온로에서 관을 통해 슬리브 내로 용탕을 주입하는 단계, 용탕을 소정의 냉각속도로 냉각시키는 단계, 플런저로 용탕을 금형에 삽입시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명은 전자기 발생장치, 초음파발생장치를 사용하지 않고 특성이 우수한 합금을 생산할 수 있는 장치 및 방법이 제공된다.

PURPOSE: A reheating method in a partially solidified process and alloy materials are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by reheating billets for the partially solidified process in an existing process without additional facilities. CONSTITUTION: A reheating method in a partially solidified process comprises following steps. Billets are input into an electric resistance furnace(S100). The billets are heated to 550°C-630°C at 8°C/min-15°C/min(S300). The billets are heated at 9°C/min-10°C/min. The billets are heated to 580°C-600°C.
