PURPOSE: A motor wired with an aluminum line manufactured in OCC method is provided to enhance the movement of a motor by reducing the weight of wires by 1/3 by wiring a stator with the aluminum banding wire which is manufactured by continuous casting of OCC process. CONSTITUTION: A wire(2) is wired to a shaft and a stator. The wire wired to the stator of the motor is wired to the aluminium wire manufactured using the OCC process, in order to reduce the weight of the motor by 1/3. The aluminium wire is used for the stator of the motor or the generator as the wiring coil.

A high performance Al alloy for extrusion is provided to find out an optimal scandium(Sc) content considering economic efficiency as well as physical properties such as hardness and microstructure of an Al alloy itself. A high performance Al alloy for extrusion is characterized in that an Al alloy having a composition comprising 0.3 wt.% of Sc is manufactured from the molten Al5083 alloy using an Al-2wt.%Sc mother alloy in a mold that is preheated to 240 deg.C after completely melting an Al5083 alloy at 710 deg.C.

PURPOSE: A cooling speed controlled die casting device and method are provided to reduce the volume of the device by excluding an electromagnetic stirrer or ultrasonic generator and to improve productivity by reducing the retention of molten steel in a ladle or sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A die casting device comprises a mold(400), a sleeve(100) which receives molten steel and is connected to the mold, and a plunger(200) which supplies molten steel at a predetermined pressure to the mold. The sleeve is made of stainless steel and includes a heater(120) for regulating the temperature of molten steel and a temperature controller which controls the heater to maintain molten steel in the sleeve at a predetermined temperature or cool the molten steel at a predetermined cooling rate.

본 발명은 반용융 압출용 Al-Zn-Mg계 알루미늄 합금 빌렛의 결정립 성장을 억제하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 용탕에 0.05~0.15%의 Sc를 첨가하는 Sc 첨가 단계 및 상기 용탕으로 부터 주조된 빌렛에 대하여 3단계 이상의 승온 처리 과정을 포함하는 승온 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이 경우, Sc는 용탕에 Al-2중량% Sc 모합금 상태로 Sc를 첨가할 수 있으며, 각 승온 과정이 종료된 후 5~10분의 유지시간을 가질 수 있다. 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 알루미늄 합금 빌렛의 결정립 성장률은 초기 결정립 면적을 기준으로 10% 이하이다. 본 발명에 의하면 별도의 설비나 비용을 추가하지 않고 반용융 압출 방법으로 결정립 성장률이 작은 Al-Zn-Mg계 알루미늄 합금 빌렛을 제조할 수 있어 경제적이며, 내외부의 결정립이 미세하고 균일한 빌렛을 제공할 수 있다. 반용융 압출, 3단계 승온, 결정립 성장, Sc, 빌렛

A fining method of the magnesium alloy is provided to increase the mechanical strength and workability of the magnesium alloy by making the grain of the magnesium micronized. A fining method of the magnesium alloy comprises: a step of manufacturing the magnesium melted alloy in order to dissolve the magnesium alloy by melting an electric furnace consisting of the Ar atmosphere; a step of adding the C2Cl6 in the magnesium melted alloy at the temperature of 780°C; and a step of completely disassembling C2Cl6 mixed molten metal by maintaining the magnesium alloy and C2Cl6 mixed molten metal in a melting tub for 20 minutes. The elongation ratio of alloy increases since the strain hardening section is increased.

PURPOSE: A nonferrous metal capillary tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the yield rate of extruded materials by securing a steady-state structure in the early stage of extrusion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nonferrous metal capillary tube comprises the steps of: heating billet(50) to a temperature 5-15°C lower than the melting point, inserting the billet into a container, pressing the billet in the container at a ram speed of 1-5mm/s, and extruding a non-ferrous metal capillary tube with ram pressure through a die(30) attached to an end of the container at a discharge speed of 30-40m/min.
