Abstract: 본 발명은, 이격 배치된 복수의 프리캐스트 콘크리트(Precast concrete) 기둥; 상기 복수의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥 사이를 연결하는 복수의 보; 상기 각 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥의 상단부로부터 분기하여 수직 연장된 복수의 연결 브라켓; 및 상기 각 연결 브라켓과 상기 보를 결합시키는 결합수단을 포함하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥과 보의 연결 구조체를 제공한다.
본 발명은, 프리캐스트 방식으로 제작된 콘크리트 기둥과 보의 결합 시 케이블 부재를 개재하여 외부의 진동 시에는 구성 요소가 독립적으로 움직이고 진동 후에는 복원될 수 있도록 하고, 서로 결합되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥과 보의 결합면은 서로 대응하는 곡면으로 형성하여 기둥과 보의 진동 시 손상이 방지되도록 하는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A post-installed anchor is provided to prevent an initial slip and largely obtain a pullout performance of an anchor. CONSTITUTION: A post-installed anchor (100) includes a pipe shaped sleeve (110), an anchor bolt (120), and a nut (130). The sleeve includes a cut piece (114) formed by a plurality of cutting grooves (112) on one end. The anchor bolt is inserted into the inside through one end of the sleeve. The anchor bolt includes a head unit on which a surface coming into contact with the end of the sleeve is slopingly formed. The length of the cutting groove is 1/3-1/5 of the sleeve length.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A joint structure of precast concrete column and beam is provided to independently move components with vibration from the outside by interposing a cable member between the components and to restore the components after the vibration. CONSTITUTION: A joint structure of precast concrete column and beam comprises a plurality of precast concrete columns (110), beams (130), connection brackets (120), and joint units. A connection bracket is branched from the top end of a precast concrete column to be vertically extended. The joint unit includes a first through-hole inside a connection bracket, the second through-hole of a beam, and a cable member (150) joining a connection bracket to the beam by being inserted into the first and second through-holes. A column insertion part (140) is formed in a central part at the top end of a precast concrete column.
