Abstract: 본발명은음식물폐기물발효소멸장치의실시간모니터링및 자동제어시스템에관한것으로, 더욱구체적으로실시간모니터링된센서값과관리서버에저장된기설정된운전범위값을비교하여발효에적합한운전을자동제어하며, 발효에적합한운전범위값에따라자동제어되는발효소멸운전부에대한제어정보를관리자나사용자에게유무선으로전달하는음식물폐기물발효소멸장치의실시간모니터링및 자동제어시스템에관한것이다. 본발명에따른음식물폐기물이투입되어호기성미생물에의해발효소멸반응이일어나는발효조를포함하는음식물폐기물발효소멸장치의실시간모니터링및 자동제어시스템은기 발효조내부의환경을모니터링하는모니터링부; 상기발효조내부의환경을조절하는발효소멸운전부; 상기모니터링부로부터센서값을전송받는자동제어부; 및상기자동제어부가받은센서값을전송받아저장하고, 제어정보를상기자동제어부에전송하는관리서버;를포함하며, 상기자동제어부는상기관리서버로부터전송받은제어정보에따라상기발효소멸운전부를제어하는, 음식물폐기물발효소멸장치의실시간모니터링및 자동제어시스템을제공한다.

Abstract: 본발명은탄산화반응에서산업부산물을이용한이산화탄소고정방법에관한것으로써, 보다상세하게는석유코크스애쉬(Petroleum coke ash) 등과같은산업부산물을이용하여탄산화반응에서이산화탄소를고정하고, 용출수를재사용하기위한, 탄산화반응에서산업부산물을이용한이산화탄소고정방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른탄산화반응에서산업부산물을이용한이산화탄소고정방법은산업부산물을이용하여무기양이온을용출하는단계; 흡수제를이용하여이산화탄소를포집하는단계; 상기용출된무기양이온과상기포집된이산화탄소의탄산화반응단계; 및상기탄산화반응단계에서생성된생성물을분리하는고액분리단계;를포함하며, 상기고액분리단계에서분리된여과액을상기무기양이온을용출하는단계에용출수로재사용할수 있다.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for synthesizing an ionic liquid for dissolving coal. The method for synthesizing an ionic liquid for dissolving coal disclosed according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (S100) dissolving a first precursor in methylene chloride at an appropriate ratio in order to be cooled; (S200) injecting tosyl chloride and potassium hydroxide in the solution; (S300) agitating the solution at room temperature after a particular period of time in order to be changed into a white suspension, washing a filtrate several times with distilled water in a filtering process, removing the moisture of an organic layer, and performing vacuum concentration; (S400) synthesizing a second precursor which is a white solid through a plurality of column chromatography techniques; (S500) injecting methylimidazole in the second precursor in order to be mixed into a solvent which is also a reagent; (S600) performing a reflux process at an appropriate temperature; and (S700) obtaining a plurality of final ionic liquids by washing layer-separated oil with anhydrous ether dozens of times.
