Abstract: A bead for stitching, a vacuum cap for a suction of an internal organ, and an apparatus for stitching the internal organ using the same are provided to prevent a blood vessel and an internal organ from being damaged when withdrawing a stitching needle by implementing miniaturization. A vacuum cap for a suction of an internal organ includes an endoscope tube(200), a suction hole, an inlet unit(330), and a door(340). The vacuum cap is coupled to an end of the endoscope tube having a suction tube(220), and sucks a part of the internal organ. The suction hole is formed in a cross direction with a coupled direction of the endoscope tube. The outlet unit is formed in an opposite side to the coupled direction of the endoscope tube. The door opens/closes the outlet unit. The suction hole is formed in perpendicular to the coupled direction of the endoscope tube.
