Abstract: 본 발명은 아크릴화된 히알루론산 유도체 또는 이의 염, 이를 사용하여 제조된 하이드로겔, 이들의 제조 방법, 및 상기한 하이드로겔을 포함하는 조직 재생용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 하이드로겔은 생체 내 주사가 가능하여 결손 부위에 최소의 손상을 주면서 조직을 재생시키는데 이용할 수 있다.

Abstract: Provided are an acrylated hyaluronic acid derivative or its salt, its preparation method, a crosslinked hydrogel using the derivative or salt which can be injected in vivo and regenerates tissue with minimum damage, and a composition for regenerating tissue or preventing re-adsorption containing the hydrogel. The acrylated hyaluronic acid derivative is represented by the formula(1), wherein R is -NH-CO-(CH2)n-CO-NH-; and n is 4-8. The acrylated hyaluronic acid derivative is prepared by reacting hyaluronic acid and a diamine represented by H2N-R-NH2 in the presence of a polymerizing agent; and reacting the obtained one with an acrylating agent. Preferably the acrylating agent is N-acryloxysuccinimide. The hydrogel is prepared by crosslinking the acrylated hyaluronic acid derivative of the formula(1) or its salt with a crosslinking agent having a thiol group.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种丙烯酸酯化透明质酸衍生物或其盐，其制备方法，使用可以在体内注射并且以最小损伤再生组织的衍生物或盐的交联水凝胶，以及用于再生组织或防止含有水凝胶的再吸附的组合物 。 丙烯酸酯化透明质酸衍生物由式（1）表示，其中R是-NH-CO-（CH 2）n -CO-NH-; n为4-8。 丙烯酸酯化的透明质酸衍生物通过使透明质酸和由H 2 N-R-NH 2表示的二胺在聚合剂的存在下反应制备; 并使所得到的与丙烯酸酯化剂反应。 优选地，丙烯酸酯化剂是N-丙烯酰氧基琥珀酰亚胺。 水凝胶的制备方法是将具有式（1）的丙烯酸酯化透明质酸衍生物或其盐与具有硫醇基的交联剂交联。
