Abstract: 본 발명은 락토바실러스 람노서스(

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing extracellular polysaccharide is provided to efficiently produce a large amount of extracellular polysaccharide through culture condition of the strain. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing extracellular polysaccharide comprises: a step of culturing lactobacillus rhamnosus at pH 5-6; and a step of collecting extracellular polysaccharide. The culture is performed at 35-39°C and together with EPS-low producing strain.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供细胞外多糖的制备方法，通过菌株的培养条件有效地产生大量的细胞外多糖。 构成：细胞外多糖的制造方法，其特征在于，包括在pH 5-6下培养鼠李糖乳杆菌的工序; 和收集细胞外多糖的步骤。 培养在35-39℃和EPS低产菌株一起进行。
