Abstract: 본발명은펩티드분리용나노입자와제조방법및 이를이용한펩티드분리방법에관한것으로서, 보다상세하게는자성나노입자의표면에티올(thiol) 선택성을갖는제1기능기가결합되어, 시스테인을포함하는펩티드와선택적으로결합하는펩티드분리용나노입자를이용하여특정펩티드를분리하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따르면특정펩티드를매우선택적으로간단하고신속하게분리할수 있어, 암과같은질병치료연구에유용하게사용될수 있다.

Abstract: A nanoparticle for peptide separation and a preparation method thereof are provided to rapidly and selectively separate desired peptide through a simple process owing to magnetic nanoparticles of which the surface is coupled with a first functional group which selectively reacts to a certain peptide. A nanoparticle for peptide separation has the magnetic surface which is coupled with a first functional group having thiol selectivity. The nanoparticle for peptide separation selectively couples with the peptide including cysteine. The first functional group includes 2-pyridyl disulfide residual group. The magnetic nanoparticle is coated with a silica layer. The first functional group is bonded with the silica layer. The surface of the nanoparticle additionally contains a second functional group which prevents the coherence of the nanoparticles.
Abstract translation: 提供了用于肽分离的纳米颗粒及其制备方法,通过简单的方法快速且有选择地分离所需的肽,因为磁性纳米颗粒与表面与选择性地与特定肽反应的第一官能团偶联。 用于肽分离的纳米颗粒具有与具有硫醇选择性的第一官能团偶联的磁性表面。 用于肽分离的纳米颗粒选择性地与包括半胱氨酸的肽结合。 第一官能团包括2-吡啶基二硫化物残基。 磁性纳米颗粒涂覆有二氧化硅层。 第一官能团与二氧化硅层结合。 纳米颗粒的表面还含有防止纳米颗粒的相干性的第二官能团。
