CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a biodegradable microsphere comprises a step of manufacturing polymer solution containing biodegradable polymers and phase change material, and a step of solidifying the biodegradable microsphere by manufacturing emulsion oil-in-water through dispersing the polymer solution into continuous phase in which hydrophilic surfactant is dissolved. The biodegradable polymer is poly(D,L-lactic acid) or poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid). The biodegradable polymer is added to have the concentration to organic solvent in the polymer solution of 6-10 %(w/w).
