    Abstract: An endoglucanase derived from fomitopsis palustris is provided to develop wood-biomass resolving system and manufacturing technique of wood-biomass lysis enzyme. An endoglucanase EG47 derivated from fomitopsis palustris contains amino sequence ALFGLMNEPH and AAGAWNYLLL, molecular weight is 47kDa. The endoglucanase has microcrystal cellulose lysis activity. Wood-biomass lysis enzyme comprises Endo-glucanase EG 47 or Endo-glucanase EG 35. The studying for the Endoglucanase comprises: a step of purifying glycosylhydrolase from fomitopsis palustris; a step of analyzing enzyme and concentrating protein; a step of identifying purified enzyme by analyzing amino sequence; a step of analyzing specificity of purified Endoglucanase; and a step of analyzing with chromatography.
