본 발명은 탄소원으로서 목재 가루를 사용하여 소나무잔나비버섯 균주( Fomitopsis pinicola )를 배양하고, 목재 가루를 기질로 사용하여 상기 소나무잔나비버섯 균주 배양액으로 볏짚을 효소적 가수분해 시키는 볏짚 가수분해 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 볏짚을 어떠한 전처리 없이도 높은 비율로 가수분해시켜, 볏짚 중 홀로셀룰로오스를 글루코오스, 자일로오스, 아라비노오스, 갈락토오스로 등의 단량체 당으로 효과적으로 전환시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 볏짚, 소나무잔나비버섯, 가수분해, 바이오매스

The present invention relates to a method for screening a regulator of biofilm formulation and, more specifically, to a method for quickly and accurately screening a large amount of regulators of biofilm formulation under a condition for forming a biofilm of Xanthomonasoryzae which causes bacterial leaf blight of rice. The method for screening the regulator of biofilm formulation has superior accuracy, simplicity, and speed compared to an existing method, thereby quickly and accurately screening a large amount of regulator candidates of biofilm formulation. PURPOSE: A method for preparing xylanase isolated from Fomitopsis pinicola is provided to ensure excellent activity in acidic condition and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing xylanase comprises: a step of centrifuging and washing Fomitopsis pinicola culture liquid; a step of mixing a washing solution and supernatant and concentrating to prepare coenzyme liquid; and a step of isolating the coenzyme by column chromatography. PURPOSE: A method for hydrolyzing rice straw using Fomitopsis pinicola culture medium is provided to effectively convert holocellulos to monomer of glucose, xylosse, arbinose, and galactose. CONSTITUTION: A method for hydrolyzing rice straw using Fomitopsis pinicola strain comprises: a step of culturing Fomitopsis pinicola strin using wood powder; and a step of enzymatically hydrolyzing rice straw with Fomitopsis pinicola culture medium at pH 4.3-4.5 and 55°C. The wood powder is mixture of Larix leptolepsis, Pinus rigida, Pinus koraiensis or Pinus densiflora in a same ratio.

PURPOSE: A method for hydrolyzing cellulose using digestive enzyme from reticulitermes speratus at high activity in a short time is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for hydrolyzing cellulose comprises: a step of hydrolyzing cellulose using digestive enzyme from reticulitermes speratus at 45°C and pH 5.5 for 12 hours. The digestive enzyme is endo-beta-1,4-glucanase or beta-glucosidase. A method for preparing the digestive enzyme comprises: a step of homogenizing body of test reticulitermes speratus; a step of mixing 0.1M of sodium acetate buffer solution(SAB) at pH 5.5; a step of ultrasonicating with sonic dismembrator; a step of centrifuging at 13,000 rpm for 25 minutes; and a step of isolating supernatant.
