Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cellobiohydrolase isolated from Fomitopsis pinicola is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability and activity at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Fomitopsis pinicola-derived cellobiohydrolase comprises: a step of centrifuging culture liquid of Fomitopsis pinicola and washing; a step of mixing a washing solution and supernatant and filtering to prepare coenzyme liquid; and a step of purifying the coenzyme liquid by column chromatography. The cellobiohydrolase contains a Lys-C(LYS) fragment and trypsin fragment.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing xylanase isolated from Fomitopsis pinicola is provided to ensure excellent activity in acidic condition and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing xylanase comprises: a step of centrifuging and washing Fomitopsis pinicola culture liquid; a step of mixing a washing solution and supernatant and concentrating to prepare coenzyme liquid; and a step of isolating the coenzyme by column chromatography. Xylanase has a trypsin fragment having LSDVEEAIRIVR.
