An image is generated performing restoration display suitable for paper map diagram rule according to predetermined display priority about the determined objects through the recognition. Restoration illustration is performed based on a paper map illustration rule according to a predetermined display priority for objects which are determined through the recognition(S102,S103). The generated image is compressed. A raster map is automatically generated by converting the compressed image into commercials formats(S104).
