Abstract: PURPOSE: A wet cyclone for collecting biological particles in air is provided to improve concentration efficiency for a particle of a necessary size by removing a foreign substance or an unnecessary coarse particle in advance before concentrating a suspended particle. CONSTITUTION: A wet cyclone comprises a main body(10), a trace separation(20), a dry concentrating unit(30), a wet concentrating unit(40), and a flux control unit(50). The flux control unit comprises a first stage primary flow orifice, a second stage primary flow orifice, a second stage minor flow orifice, multiple differential manometers, a controller, and multiple A/D converters and multiple D/A converters. In the first stage primary flow orifice, air of 5.5% among an inflow air is flowed by a flux pump and passed through a filter of the trace separation is passed through a first stage nozzle and air of a rest 94.5% is ejected to an outside. In the second stage primary flow orifice, air of 0.5% among air of 5.5% is passed through a first stage nozzle is passed through a second stage nozzle(32) and air of a rest 5% is ejected to an outside.
