Abstract: PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube transistor-base gas sensor for sensing an organic phosphorus compound gas and a manufacturing method thereof provide high sensitivity and high selectivity with respect to each sensing object gas according to applied cognitive material and obtain a subminiature, a low power, and a high-sensitivity gas sensor by using based on a carbon nano tube. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano tube transistor-base gas sensor for sensing an organic phosphorus compound gas comprises a molecule recognizer. The molecule recognizer is specially joined to an organic phosphorus compound gas in one end of an alkane main chain. A cognitive material having a thiol group or a cyano group in the other end of the alkane main chain is fixed to a gold electrode through the thiol group or the cyano group.
Abstract translation: 目的：一种用于感测有机磷化合物气体的碳纳米管晶体管基气体传感器及其制造方法，根据所应用的认知材料，对每个检测对象气体提供高灵敏度和高选择性，并获得超小型，低功率， 以及基于碳纳米管的高灵敏度气体传感器。 构成：用于感测有机磷化合物气体的碳纳米管晶体管基气体传感器包括分子识别器。 分子识别器特别与烷烃主链一端的有机磷化合物气体连接。 在烷烃主链的另一端具有硫醇基或氰基的认知材料通过硫醇基或氰基固定在金电极上。
