Abstract: 본 발명은 이온이온도 분석기에 관한 것으로, 반응영역과 드리프트영역을 가지며 셔터그리드와 애퍼처그리드 및 컬렉터가 설치된 이온이동도관과, 이 이온이동도관의 외주부에 원주방향으로 권취 부착되어 이온이동도관의 전장에 걸쳐서 전기장을 형성시키는 유연성 인쇄회로기판을 포함하여 구성되어 이온이동도관의 전장에 걸쳐서 균일한 전기장을 형성할 수 있어 CIT구조에서와 대등한 분석성능을 발휘할 수 있으면서도 재현성이 우수하고 생산공정이 간편하며 크기의 다향화와 경량화를 기할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

Abstract: An apparatus for detecting a biological material is provided to automatically and rapidly detect the biological material by performing crush of a sample and detection of the biological material at the same time. The apparatus for detecting a biological material comprises a crusher(110) for crushing an injected sample, a detector(130) which senses fluorescence and radiation from the crushed sample to detect information relating to the biological material, and a driving source(160) for transferring the crushed material to the detector, wherein the biological material includes nucleic acids such as DNA and RNA, proteins and ATP. The apparatus further comprises an air collector(100) which collects and concentrates biological particles from atmosphere and then injects the concentrated particles to the crusher and a reagent storage portion(140) in which a reagent transferred to the detector by the driving source is stored.
