    Abstract: The present invention relates to an identification method of bacillus bacteria which is to identify sporulated bacteria by directly introducing the bacteria to a Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (MALDI-TOF MS) without pretreatment and a biomarker for identification of spores. Through an identification method of bacillus bacteria and a spore analysis system according to the present invention, it is possible to promptly and easily analyze out, detect, and identify the bacillus bacteria.
