PURPOSE: The thermal decomposition unit of mass spectrograph of thermal organism is provided to improve efficiency of analysis by collecting biological samples in optimal condition, TMAH solution which is thermally decomposed and is ejected. CONSTITUTION: The pyrolysis unit (10) of organic compound pyrolysis mass spectrograph comprises a pyrolysis tube (11) heating mixture of biological sample and TMAH solution inside after mixing and thermally decomposing biological sample, a sample collection part (12) for supplying biological sample to pyrolysis tube, a TMAH solution spray part (13) for spraying TMAH solution inside of a pyrolysis tube, and a transmit unit (14) which supplies sample which is thermally decomposed in pyrolysis tube to a mass analysis unit (30).

The present invention relates to an identification method of bacillus bacteria which is to identify sporulated bacteria by directly introducing the bacteria to a Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (MALDI-TOF MS) without pretreatment and a biomarker for identification of spores. Through an identification method of bacillus bacteria and a spore analysis system according to the present invention, it is possible to promptly and easily analyze out, detect, and identify the bacillus bacteria.

PURPOSE: A solution spray apparatus, a mass analyzing system using pyrolysis, and a control method thereof are provided to enable automatic flow of a very small amount of solution in a pyrolyzer assembly. CONSTITUTION: A solution spray apparatus comprises a solution spray part(120), a solution injection part(110), and an air injection pump(112). The solution spray part sprays a very small amount of solution to a pyrolyzer assembly. The solution injection part supplies solution inside a reservoir(117) to the solution injection part by injected air. The solution injection part comprises a solution emission control valve(119). The solution emission control valve controls the flow rate of solution in real time. An air injection pump supplies air to the solution spray part and the solution injection part.
