Abstract: PURPOSE: An electronic opening and closing device for a vehicle tailgate is provided to offer a door opening and closing device suitable for general type vehicles by electronically opening and closing the tailgate without using a vehicle control module. CONSTITUTION: An electronic opening and closing device for a vehicle tailgate comprises a tailgate opening switch(20), a tailgate locking part, and a tailgate driving part(100). The tailgate locking part is turned on or off with the operation of the tailgate opening switch. The tailgate locking part is implemented as a relay(30). The tailgate driving part comprises a motor(40), a stopper(50), a latch(60), and a spring(70). The tailgate driving part opens or closes a tailgate according to the on or off of the tailgate locking part.

Abstract: 본발명은차체제어모듈(BCM;Body Control Module)을이용하지않고도테일게이트에대한전자식개폐장치를간단하게구현해낼수 있는차량테일게이트의전자식개폐장치에관한것이다. 본발명에따른차량테일게이트의전자식개폐장치는사용자에의해조작되는테일게이트오픈스위치와, 사용자가상기테일게이트오픈스위치를조작함에따라온/오프구동되는테일게이트단속부, 이테일게이트단속부의온/오프구동에따라테일게이트를개폐하는테일게이트구동부가구비된것을특징으로한다. 상기한구성으로된 본발명에의하면, 차체제어모듈(BCM;Body Control Module)을이용하지않고도차량테일게이트에대한전자식개폐장치를간단하게구현해낼수 있게됨으로써, 보급형차종에적합한효율적인도어개폐장치를제공할수 있을뿐만아니라효용에비해불필요한구성을추가하지않아도되므로효율적인기능구현이가능하게된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for releasing the latch of a door for a vehicle is provided to enhance user convenience when a door opens, since a lock plate rotates to lock release position of door latch under abnormal operation conditions, so the lock of the door latch can be easily released. CONSTITUTION: A device for releasing the latch of a door for a vehicle comprises a lock plate(12), a handle lever(14), an open lever(16), and a lock link(24). The lock plate is rotatably mounted a door latch case(10). The handle lever and the open lever are mounted under the lock plate side by side. The lock link is connected between the lock plate and open lever. A slot(32) is formed on one end of the lock plate. The upper end of the lock link is inserted to the slot to be able to lift by an elastic member. The lock plate rotates to the lock release direction of door latch in operation of solenoid under abnormal operation conditions where a push end(20) of the door opening of the handle lever is located between the lock link and the open lever.
