Abstract: A fuel injection control apparatus of a common rail diesel vehicle and a method thereof are provided to improve acceleration and driving because a change rate correction of fuel injection amount is increased or reduced. A fuel injection control method of a common rail diesel vehicle comprises: a step which determines whether the information detected during driving is re-accelerated under a specific RPM or not soon after accelerating; a step(S204) which controls a first fuel injection amount change rate considering the current RPM and fuel amount of the engine when the information is re-accelerating under the specific RPM; a step(S206) which determines whether a reverse drive of the turbine is generated by the first fuel injection amount change rate control or not; a step which determines whether the inverse drive of turbine cease or not; and a step(S208) which performs a second fuel injection amount change rate control.
