    Abstract: PURPOSE: A synchronizer sleeve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a density of 7.3g/cc or greater by molding, sintering, and thermally treating nickel, molybdenum, and iron powder. CONSTITUTION: A mixed powder containing Fe as a main composition, 0.2-0.3wt% of carbon, 0.5-4.0wt% of nickel, 0.2-2.0wt% of molybdenum, and other inevitable impurities is molded by a powder metallurgy method in order to make a synchronizer sleeve(100). The density of the synchronizer sleeve is 7.3g/cc or greater. Splines(120,140) are formed along the exterior or interior of the synchronizer sleeve. A chamfer is formed on the top or the bottom of the splines, and is molded with a base material by the powder metallurgy method.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A wheel for distinguishing puncture of a tire is provided to prevent accidents by checking the fine puncture of the tire or a tube easily and visually and detecting the portion of the puncture simply. CONSTITUTION: A wheel for detecting a flat tire is composed of a rim(10) installed in a vehicle body; a tire(20) mounted in the rim; a tube(30) placed inside the rim and the tire to keep pneumatic pressure; and an identification material(40) charged in the tube and discharged out of the tube in puncture of the tire. The small amount of color powder or liquid is injected simultaneously in injecting air to the tube, and the color identification material is discharged in leaking air through the puncture portion. The portion of puncture is checked easily by displaying the fine puncture of the tire with the color identification material.
