CONSTITUTION: A corresponding grip(7) is mounted on the center of a grip(3) through the medium of a connecting bracket(8) by several hinges(6). A ball(9) is mounted on the upper part of the corresponding grip(9) at equal horizontal position with a cutter(5) mounted on the upper part of the grip(3).
